What to Expect

When you visit our office, you will be warmly welcomed and we can answer any questions you may have about completing the paperwork so that Mitchell Optical Company may see you. Our team will work together to evaluate your eyes and provide relevant eye care treatment information, review your vision benefits and payment options, fit you for glasses or contact lenses, and focused on exceeding all of your expectations. If at any time you have questions about the process or your specific health information, please ask.

Payment Options

If you need eye care but don’t know how you’ll pay, Mitchell Optical Company accepts a variety of insurance plans to ensure you’re never turned away from the care you need. We accept the following payment methods:

Our office accepts cash, check, and major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Don’t forget to use your:

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

All of the above plans can be used for all your eye care and eyewear needs, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, routine office visits and medical office visits.

Partipating Insurances

If you have eye insurance through an employer or private company, call our team to see if we accept your plan. Ask what providers we are currently working with to see if yours is on the list. If not, we have a variety of payment options available so you never have to be turned away!

Are you receiving Medicaid?

If you’re receiving Medicaid health insurance, your eye care may be covered as well. Work with our experienced and knowledgeable financial team to see which parts of your Medicaid cover your eye care and how much you’ll have to pay out of pocket!
